Construction goes sideways when communication does. Our four-phase process keeps decisions, dollars, and dates in front of you from day one.
PHASE I
Consultation
We meet on-site or in our Lexington studio to understand the scope, budget, and timeline before a single proposal is drafted.
PHASE II
Pre-Construction
Detailed estimating, selections, and scheduling. Surprises get handled here — not on the job site.
PHASE III
Build
A dedicated project manager, clean job sites, and weekly client updates. Same crew start to finish.
PHASE IV
Handover
Punch-list closed, walk-through complete, warranty in writing. We stand behind the work.
